The CCT Thursday volunteers have discovered three mysterious objects in the undergrowth on the canal towpath bank just west of the Stonepits causeway.
The three objects appear to be made of wrought iron by a blacksmith. Two are at the waters edge and the third is a little way up the bank. They are all very securely anchored in the ground.
