This weekend was to see the start of the replacement railway bridge installation, now delayed until later this year.
The huge crane has been busy trial lifting the concrete sections, which can now be seen more easily from the towpath
Also spotted on the Eastern side was this….
More about this to follow, but the label informs us that it will be turned on today (1st)
