One of the lockdown tasks at the depot was to complete the concrete extensions for the barn and the Marley engineers workshop. The construction team have all been sorely missed.
However, with vastly reduced numbers, all available folks were seconded to help. There was a never ending supply of materials being collected to feed the mixers. It was so cold on one day, the gravel had to be pick axed to get it off the tipper.
In numbers, we moved and laid 11 tonnes of stone and hand mixed, moved and laid over 7 tonnes of concrete. See what you have all missed!
